Galveston police: Counterfeit $100 bills litter island channel

GALVESTON, Texas— Fake money found floating in Galveston Channel prompted a call to police, but the counterfeit U.S. $100 bills wouldn’t have passed for cash anywhere, authorities said Wednesday.
